<div><p>We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Multidisciplinary Chronic Pain Service for a Band 6 Physiotherapist.</p><p>This role is ideal for a physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal or long‑term conditions, looking to develop specialist skills in chronic pain management using a biopsychosocial approach.</p><p>You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients to improve their function and quality of life through rehabilitation, education and self‑management strategies.</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><ul><li>Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients with chronic pain</li><li>Support patients to develop self‑management skills and improve functional outcomes</li><li>Develop psychological skills (e.g., motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT) to facilitate patient care</li><li>Assist in delivering pain education and structured group programmes</li><li>Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, consultants)</li><li>Participate in audit, service development and quality improvement projects</li></ul><h3>About us</h3><p>Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is committed to being an inclusive and disability‑confident employer and has been awarded the Gold for the Armed Forces Employment Recognition Scheme.
