In addition, you will prepare and update timetables in conjunction with the Learning Support Manager; liaise with parents and external partners as appropriate; and attend year team and EHCP meetings as appropriate.Each Senior Learning Coach has an area of responsibility around the outcomes in an EHCP that include Cognition and Learning / Communication and Interaction / Sensory and Physical / SEMH / Access Arrangements so you will become an expert in a particular area. Training and support will be provided as needed.We’d like you to have recent experience of working with and supporting secondary age students with a range of needs and be able to work flexibly in response to changing curriculum needs and the needs of individual students. With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and an enthusiastic personality, you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and demonstrate a high level of computer literacy.
