About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Leeds Audi.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will give the best advice on our products and services to customers.
This role requires a customer-first approach. You will take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
About You
Previous experience is not required; we welcome applications from individuals willing to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by Audi.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service background, especially in a busy environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
Applicants must have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement.
