This is a Hygiene Manager role where you'll take real ownership of standards, systems, and performance across a fast‑moving retail packing site. This isn't about maintaining the status quo - it's about raising the bar, driving consistency, and making hygiene a visible strength of the operation.
With continued growth across the UK and Ireland, you'll play a key part in shaping how hygiene supports quality, safety, and future expansion — working closely with a strong technical team while leading from the front on‑site.

Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day activities and systems across the site
* Drive continuous improvement in standards and processes
* Lead, train and develop the hygiene team to deliver consistent performance
* Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, legislation and customer requirements
* Support audits, site visits and technical reviews as the hygiene lead
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen systems
Qualifications
* Previous experience within hygiene in a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of food safety principles and BRC standards
* Experience managing hygiene systems and ERP‑based processes
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams within a production setting
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and hygiene platforms
Working Hours
Permanent night shift, Sunday – Thursday (5 days per week), 40 hours per week.
