The Role: This is not a typical telesales role. Youll be speaking directly with business owners and directors, opening conversations around: Business valuation Exit strategy Market insights Y our job isnt to sell on the phone, its to: Create intelligent, high-quality conversations Identify real opportunities Book qualified meetings for our Associate Directors If youre good, youll develop quickly into a commercially sharp operator, not just a dialler. What Success Looks Like: Youre confident speaking to senior decision-makers You ask better questions than most You can turn a cold call into a meaningful conversation You consistently hit and exceed KPIs You want to earn, and you take ownership of that What Were Looking For: minimum 1 year outbound telesales experience (B2B preferred) Comfortable speaking with business owners Strong communication and natural curiosity Self-driven, resilient, and commercially aware Someone who wants to improve, not just do the job This role isnt for everyone.
