This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive surveying professional who is passionate about improving energy performance and driving consistency and quality across asset data and surveys. This role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 29 January 2027, with the possibility of becoming permanent at the end of the contract. About the role As Asset & Energy Surveyor, you'll play a key role in developing the Associations understanding and approach to improving the energy performance and decarbonisation of their housing assets. Working closely with the Asset Data team, you'll help ensure surveys and assessments are delivered to high standards of quality, compliance and consistency. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business, supporting continuous improvement in asset data while keeping customer service and integrity at the heart of everything you do. Day to day, you'll be: Carrying out asset-related surveys and assessments, including: Stock Condition Surveys Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) Surveys Domestic Energy Assessments (EPC) PAS2035 Retrofit Assessments Working with the Senior Assets & Energy Surveyor to improve the quality and consistency of asset data Promoting high standards across all asset surveys and assessments Ensuring all work meets required quality, compliance and customer service standards Supporting the organisation's approach to energy performance improvement and decarbonisation Ensuring work is delivered with excellence, efficiency, integrity and compliance For more information, or to discuss the role, please contact Hayley at Moxie People today.
