Responsibilities
You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring prep is done for each day and make each dish to specification.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef looking to take the next step.
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
* Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
* Self‑motivated to work at pace with limited supervision.
* Strong knowledge of best practice in allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety.
