The ideal Cloud Engineer candidate profile is someone with
* Degree-level background
* 1-2 years of IT support
* Solid foundation of Azure tech stack (not just an administrator of)
* Completed some Azure/cloud certification
* Have a consultative / customer-focused approach to work
The role is not AWS- or GCP-focused, but it needs some Azure experience as your key cloud experience.
There are 2 career paths on offer. One is focused on professional services consultancy, the other is around SpecOps, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
