Responsibilities
* The primary objective of this role is to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a fully qualified Fire Extinguisher Technician.
* Work alongside experienced Fire Extinguisher Technicians, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field.
* Develop and maintain professional, effective relationships with a diverse client base, representing the company to the highest standards.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to ensure they fully understand the status and condition of their fire safety equipment.
* Collaborate with Service Administrators to ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met.
* Take responsibility for the proper management, care, and security of vehicle stock, tools, and equipment.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude toward training and development, carrying out all assigned duties with professionalism and diligence.
* Flexibility to travel and stay overnight may be required during peak periods and throughout the training programme.
Requirements
Essential Professional Experience
* Possession of a full UK driving licence.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for work and training purposes.
Desirable Professional Experience
* Previous experience working with mechanical fire protection systems (e.g., sprinklers, suppression systems).
* Technical background within the mechanical fire safety industry.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
