Dynamics Consultant / D365 Functional Consultant
A Dynamics Functional consultant will operate as a business facing domain expert in the field of Microsoft Dynamics applications. At its core the role involves helping implement and optimise D365 systems
Experience required:
1. Strong, understanding and competency of IT. E.g. cloud infrastructure,, integration methods, reporting and analytics, active directory, ITIL, customer support and change management.
2. Excellent D365 product knowledge. E.g. modules, services, Developer tool suites, use cases, case studies.
3. Prior experience in relevant role (e.g. support / development) using D365 toolsets.
4. Prior experience in relevant projects (e.g. good portfolio of past experience and project involvement in end to end CRM/ERP implementation)
5. Relevant technical qualifications to the role (e.g. Microsoft Certified D365 Functional Consultant Associate (MB-240, PL-200, MB-300, MB-310).
6. Personability and communication, translating into skills in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into system configurations and features and providing knowledge through training others.
7. Customer Relationship Management skills in building and maintaining strong relationships.
