Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Skills Coordinator to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council on a fixed-term basis until 24th December 2026 to cover a period of maternity leave.

Responsibilities
In this role you will lead on the management, planning, and implementation of adult skills provision which meets the needs of residents, employers and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing skills delivery plans, fulfilling recruitment and performance targets, and the quality of programme delivery, all of which will result in outstanding levels of learner achievement and progression leading to personal, social and economic growth.
Qualifications
* Hold a teaching qualification at Level 4 or above
* Have management experience in the post-19 adult learning sector delivering Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes.
* Be able to demonstrate practicable knowledge of the Ofsted Inspection Framework and have experience of an Ofsted inspection in a ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ organisation.
