Job Description
Location: Brett Martin Daylight Systems, Sanford Close, Aldermans Green Industrial Estate
To provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and callers, while delivering efficient administrative support across the business. This dual role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
* Reception Duties:
o Greet visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner
o Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
o Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
o Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and issue passes
o Liaise with couriers
o Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures for visitors
* Administrative Support:
o Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents
o Book meeting rooms and manage room calendars
o Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
o Assist & support other departments with ad hoc tasks
o Update internal contact lists and directories
o Assist with onboarding new staff (e.g., issuing access cards, welcome packs)
o Help organise company events or meetings

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
o Proven organisational and administrative capabilities, with attention to detail and time management

o Brings relevant experience from industrial or construction sectors
