What a typical day looks like:
1. Providing outstanding service to clients while ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team.
2. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues.
3. Creating a positive experience for every visitor, ensuring they leave feeling valued and confident in the care received.
4. Welcoming clients, offering advice and support, and confidently handling payments and future bookings.
5. Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, so confidence with computers is essential.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 5 Saturdays (with time off in lieu the following week). Salary is in line with the national minimum wage.
