O'Neill & Brennan are looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors in relation to a permanent role for a leading contractor based in Coventry. The role involves joining a major multi-million pound residential development in the heart of Coventry City Centre.
Applicants must have experience working on large commercial construction schemes for principal contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Quantity Surveyor to progress their career to a Senior level whilst leading a team around them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for letting subcontract orders and materials
* Reporting to a Commercial Manager
