SEN Teaching Assistant - Dorking
Salary:
£83 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
Assisting teachers in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN
Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN in the classroom
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Assisting with behaviour management and providing pastoral care to students
Experience and Skills:
Understanding of Special Educational Needs and disabilities
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
Good organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Additional training in SEN support (preferred)
Working Conditions:
Work within a school setting
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (part-time considered)
