We’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to manage our driver team and keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure our doughnuts are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time across the UK – all while building a motivated, high‑performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing driver team
* Managing rotas, routes, and daily transport operations
* Ensuring compliance, safety, and on-time delivery performance
* Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
* Driving operational improvements and controlling costs
* Maintaining fleet, systems, and transport records
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in transport, logistics, or distribution leadership
* Background as a Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager, or similar
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet operations
* Confident communicator with a hands‑on leadership style
* CPC qualification desirable but not essential
Pay & Hours
* £36,365 – £37,358 per year
* 45 hours per week
* Any 5 days from 7, including some weekends
* Rotating shift pattern: 5am – 2pm or 11am – 8pm
