What You Will Do
Lead the companys overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long:term goals.
Partner closely with the CEO and Board to drive financial decision:making and operational excellence.
Manage and execute a significant fundraising initiative, including structuring, financial modelling, and investor engagement.
Optimise working capital and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and alternative funding providers.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure robust decision:making and performance tracking.
Establish and maintain strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a growth:oriented or complex business environment.
Demonstrated success in leading equity fundraises and managing working capital facilities.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
