We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support accurate,pliant payroll delivery across the UK and several European countries. You’ll manage end‑to‑end processing, maintain high‑quality data, and provide responsive support to employees and internal teams. This role suits someone confident handling multi‑country payrolls andfortable working independently within a friendly, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process end‑to‑end payroll for the UK and multiple European payrolls (approx. 300 employees across 13 entities).
2. Manage pensions, benefits, statutory payments, and year‑end submissions (P60s, P11Ds, tax documents).
3. Maintain accurate payroll and absence data, ensuring alignment between Workday and ADP.
4. Liaise with HRBPs, employees, and third‑party vendors to ensure accurate monthly payrolls.
5. Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and support GL reconciliations.
6. Produce payroll reports for Finance, HR, and Audit.
7. Provide second‑review support and cover colleagues’ payrolls during leave.
8. Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
9. Strong UK payroll knowledge and experience managing European payrolls.
10. Diploma in Payroll Management (qualified or working towards).
11. Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
12. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and confidentiality.
13. Clearmunicator with a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.
14. Experience with ADP and Workday advantageous.
