Job Title: Designer
Salary: £30,361.93 Full-time Equivalent (FTE)
Hours per week: We welcome applications for part time working (minimum of 30 hours per week) or full-time (37 hours per week)
Contract type: Fixed term for 12 months (maternity cover)
Location: Homeworking with some travel to Newcastle under Lyme

About the role:
We’re looking for a Designer who’s ready to make a difference. In this role you’ll champion our brand, bring campaigns to life, and create visuals that inspire colleagues, engage customers, and communicate our commitment to putting people first.
You’ll produce attractive, accessible and impactful designs across digital and print, working closely with our Communications team and partners from across the business.
Whether you’re developing fresh concepts, refining existing materials, or rolling out campaign assets, your work will help shape our brand identity and reinforce our purpose: putting people first by delivering safe, decent homes and excellent housing services through our talented Aspire team.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Degree, HND or similar in graphic design
• Graphic design, page layout and desktop publishing experience
• Highly skilled at using Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Able to effectively manage own workload in a busy work environment
• Passionate about design and delivering to the highest possible standard
