The SHO - Psy position is a vital role within our mental health team, focusing on providing comprehensive psychological services to clients. Responsibilities
* Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
* Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a psychologist or psychological associate.
* Experience in clinical settings preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
