Key Account Manager – Premium Interior Products into Retail Accounts
Field based – South Wales & South West
Area: South Wales / South West – CF SA NP GL WR BS BA
£45,000-£50,000 basic + uncapped bonus (£75,000-£90,000 realistic OTE) + choice of company car + private healthcare
The Role of Key Account Manager
This is a field / home based account management role with a leading interiors manufacturer operating at the premium end of the market.
You will manage a well-established portfolio of independent retail partners across South Wales and the South West, focusing on account development, showroom support and driving incremental revenue growth within existing relationships.
The territory benefits from strong existing brand presence, long-standing customer relationships and a loyal retail base.
Using a consultative approach, you will work closely with retailers to support showroom presentation, product positioning, merchandising and overall brand development.
This is a relationship-led role suited to a polished and commercially astute sales professional with experience in premium, design-led or specification-driven environments.

The Candidate for the Key Account Manager Role
* We are looking for a consultative and commercially driven sales professional with experience managing retailers showrooms or distributor accounts is prefered.
* Experience in sectors such as interiors, KBB, bathrooms, flooring, surfaces or other design-led or premium building products OR commercial products into retailers would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have field sales / account management experience
* Be confident managing retail or distributor relationships
* Understand premium branded or design-led products
* Be commercially strong with excellent relationship building skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Understanding of position a premium brand
* Be highly organised and self-motivated
The Package
* £45,000-£50,000 basic salary
