The Role As HR Advisor, youll provide day-to-day HR support across the Agriculture function, partnering closely with managers and teams on a wide range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include: Providing practical HR support and guidance to managers Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and investigations Coaching and supporting managers on people-related matters Supporting organisational change and workforce planning activity Helping drive engagement, wellbeing, and positive culture initiatives Supporting HR processes, compliance, and continuous improvement Building strong working relationships across operational teams What Were Looking For Previous experience within a HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role Strong employee relations experience Confident advising xsngvjr and influencing managers Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workload Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Manufacturing, FMCG, food production, agriculture, logistics, or industrial experience would be highly advantageous Full UK driving licence essential Working Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday Thursday: 08:45 17:00 Friday: 08:45 15:45 Location This role is based near Anwick / Sleaford, with good access from: Lincoln Newark Grantham Boston Spalding Apply Now If youre looking for a HR Advisor opportunity where you can build strong stakeholder relationships, work closely with operational teams, and genuinely influence the business, wed love to hear from you.
