Due to an internal move in the team, we have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Pensions Co-ordinator to join our Group Pensions team on a 2-year fixed term contract. As Pensions Co-ordinator youll develop your expertise and play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective management of pension arrangements for the Company, Trustees, and Scheme Members. In this role you will play a part in the governance of the pension scheme by co-ordinating meetings, drafting papers, taking meeting minutes and recording and progressing actions for Pension Trustee meetings. Youll manage pension queries to the mailbox, providing support to members, Trustees, and stakeholders (both internal and external). Youll analyse and interpret pensions data, ensuring compliance with Scheme Rules and Pensions legislation. Youll enhance communications, delivering clear and engaging pension updates to scheme members and manage risk and compliance, maintaining the Schemes business plan and governance frameworks. Youll build strong relationships with third-party pension providers, Trustees, and internal teams and oversee financials, reviewing invoices and monitoring expenditure to ensure effective asset management. You will also have the opportunity to help deliver key pension projects, driving improvements and best practices. About you: Youre an analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
