Job Description
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently while creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Taking full responsibility for the restaurant during your shift, allocating duties and ensuring seamless service delivery
2. Monitoring, coaching and supporting team members to maintain exceptional performance standards
3. Supporting with scheduling, sales initiatives, incentives and training within the outlet
4. Leading by example in handling guest enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and confidence
5. Anticipating guest needs and remaining present and visible throughout service
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
7. Assisting with stock control and inventory management
8. Upholding LQA and Fairmont brand standards at all times
9. Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team as required
Qualifications

10. Experience within a Food & Beverage supervisory or senior team member role
11. A natural leader who motivates and supports their team
12. Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
13. Calm, organised and solutions-driven under pressure
14. Passionate about delivering five-star service
