Responsibilities Include
* Operations management including daily audits, cash reconciliation, staff management, and cost control.
* Manage recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and performance reviews.
* Ensure health and safety compliance through audits, fire procedures, training, fault reporting, and corrective actions.
* Handle financial reporting including forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and project work.
* Manage all costs within budget and implement margin protection processes to maximize profitability.
What you need
* 2-4 years of proven operational leadership in a customer-facing hospitality/leisure business, managing diverse teams.
* A track record of attracting new customers and delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Experience managing a P&L, including sales budgets and stock control.
* Highly motivated with strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Proactive organizational and time management abilities.
