About Candlelight
* Candlelight concerts offer a unique musical and sensory experience created by the ambience of candlelight.
* They feature talent ranging from up-and-coming artists to professional musicians, showcasing works from classical music and expanding into genres such as jazz, soul, flamenco, opera, and more.
* Coordination of these events requires extensive travel to manage logistics across venues.
Responsibilities
Pre/Post Production
* Coordinate city‑level operations and logistics, including transportation of equipment to and from venues.
* Liaise with artists and suppliers, negotiating rates for bookings.
* Create schedules and distribute key documents to suppliers and venue staff.
* Book and train event staff through our agency partner.
* Attend weekly project updates with the Project Manager and Associate Producer to review production details and event policies.
* Oversee inventory and storage management.
* Ensure event and incident reports are completed.
* Research and visit potential venues to expand presence in the city.
* Assist with evaluating and executing walk‑throughs of potential venues (additional hours given).
Onsite
* Serve as the main point of contact for scheduled event timings.
* Implement new or amended production details, company policies, and procedures.
* Handle customer queries and complaints.
* Fill in event/incident reports.
* Encourage high performance and drive improvements within the team.
* Provide photographs and feedback after each event to the Project Manager.
* Represent Fever and Candlelight fully through professional communication and management, acting as the main customer service representative at every event.
