Independent Estate Agent - North Leeds
Salary: £30,000 DOE
Were a well-established, independent estate agency in North Leeds, looking for a hands-on Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working independently, and wants to make a real impact in a friendly, close-knit business.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day bookkeeping: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations.
* Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
* Assist with payroll and VAT submissions.
* Support management with timely financial insights.
About You
* Experienced in bookkeeping/accounts roles.
* Proficient with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.
* Strong attention to detail, organised, and proactive.
* Property/estate agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
