This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Order Processor with strong administrative skills and experience in the fenestration or construction industry. The Order Processor will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately process customer orders, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements
2. Liaise with internal teams to clarify order details and specifications
3. Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the order management system
4. Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure timely production and delivery
5. Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, and updates
6. Resolve any order discrepancies or issues efficiently and professionally
7. Support the team with general administrative tasks and reporting as required
Skills & Qualifications:
8. Previous experience in order processing, ideally within the fenestration, glazing, or construction industry
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Computer literate with experience using order management or CRM systems
14. Proactive and solution-focused approach
