Assistant Project Manager opportunity with a consultancy in Milton Keynes. A leading national consultancy in Milton Keynes has openings for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. Working on refurbishment and fit-out works across sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and retail. The majority of workload is refurbishment, with prominence in the retail sector.
Responsibilities
* Manage projects through all phases from feasibility and planning through to delivery and completion
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
* Oversee project performance in terms of programme, budget, quality, and risk
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
* Contribute to business development and support junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
* Experience as an Assistant Project Manager within a main contractor or consultancy
* Refurbishment experience (walls, ceilings, floors, M&E) is key
* Ability to work at pace on fast-turnaround projects
