About the Role
As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you’ll take full ownership of an enthusiastic KS2 class, delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning. Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across a broad, balanced curriculum.
• Adapting teaching for pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages confidence and resilience.
• Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers.
About You
You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and bring proven KS1 or KS2 experience. You’re an innovative educator with excellent planning, organisation, and classroom management skills. You set high expectations, model positivity, and are committed to every pupil’s progress and wellbeing. (This role is not suitable for ECTs.)
