Working Pattern
* Part‑time permanent position
* Monday 8:00am‑2:00pm (Newbury)
* Thursday 2:30pm‑7:00pm (Tadley)
* Friday 2:30pm‑7:00pm (Tadley)
* 1 in 4 Saturdays at Newbury from 9:00am‑5:00pm
* 1 in 9 Saturdays at Tadley from 8:30am‑10:30am
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients and clinical teams to deliver a high standard of customer care
* Meet and greet clients and their pets
* Book appointments and manage clinician diaries
* Manage telephone and email enquiries
* Take payments for services and products
* Manage cash handling and end‑of‑day banking processes
* Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and pets
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner
* Experience in a customer‑facing role, with a strong focus on service and attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues
* A proactive attitude, with openness to feedback and learning
* Confidence using IT systems and managing administrative tasks
