About the Team
Stratford District Family Help Team are looking for a social worker seeking to make a difference to join our family-focused team based in Stratford Upon Avon. With offices based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre the service works with children from 0-18 covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption.

About the Role
We are recruiting for the role of Social Worker in our Duty & Assessment Pod and a Social Worker within our Support & Intervention Pod within Stratford Family Help Team.
* Completing Family Help Assessments
* Working with children from 0-18
* Child In Need
* Children’s Safeguarding
* PLO & court work (Support & Intervention)
* Children in Care & Adoption (Support & Intervention)
Salary and progression information:
* Newly Qualified Social Worker. Up to £41,438.00 per annum (Includes a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions Ts&Cs apply). Plus, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available if the relevant policy criteria are met. Ts&Cs apply
* Experienced Social Worker. Up to £47,575.00 per annum (Includes a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions Ts&Cs apply). Plus, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available if the relevant policy criteria are met. Ts&Cs apply
Key Requirements
* Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification
* Social Work England Registration
