As a Ford & Kia Dealership Warranty Administrator, you'll help us to deliver the best possible customer care and customer satisfaction whilst maintaining control and submission of warranty repairs to the manufacturer.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for submission of all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate control of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
Part of the role, will be occasional cover as a Service Advisor and within this, you'll be assisting customers in booking and scheduling service and repair work and accurately estimating and invoicing for the work carried out. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you'll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries.
You will need to be an experienced Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry and need to be confident to quickly engage in conversation with a wide range of people, have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.
You'll also need be a team-player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
