Our client, a respected and growing law firm in Tonbridge, offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, work with diverse clients, and develop your expertise within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
* Handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects
* Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to developers, investors, and businesses
* Support senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects
* Actively participate in business development and client relationship management
* Ensure compliance with relevant property law and regulations
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
* Proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Experience with secured lending and development work
* Interest in business development and mentoring junior staff
