About the apprenticeship
Duties
1. To ensure that customer records are kept up to date on the company’s internal database Foxpro.
2.To deal with customers in a professional, understanding and sensitive way. Demonstrating excellent listening skills and gentle telephone manner and able to assess and listen for any vulnerability concerning customers and demonstrating good ethics.
3.Process payments for orders being delivered prior to the delivery date using TYL.
4.Ensure that Customers first letters / email are sent to them on the day that their order is processed, detailing the exact details of their order and any finance agreement that they may have signed up to. This will also involve calling customers to ensure we have an email address to be able to send it to them.
5.On a daily basis, arrange courier collections from the site and collections from a customer returning to site.
6.Assist with the planning and arranging delivery of products to customer homes, contacting the customers to arrange a suitable time.
