Main job responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers face to face in our showroom, selling our full range of products.
* Managing eBay, Amazon and Etsy accounts
* Selling to end users and trade customers
* Dealing with and processing orders
* Dealing with sales enquiries over the phone
* Dealing with customer service enquiries
* Produce and follow up on quotations
* No cold calling prospective customers
* Upselling and cross selling where possible, maximising all opportunities
* Full training will be provided
The ideal applicant:
* Must have be very driven and sales minded
* Must be highly computer literate as we are predominantly an e-commerce business
* Commercial and industry awareness would be advantageous
* Pro-active approach to your work and a genuine care about the role
* Brilliant customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work within a small team and drive sales
Benefits and Package
40 hours per week – 5 days covering Monday – Sunday, start and finish time negotiable. There will be a requirement to work a minimum of 4 weekend days per month.
