Personal Injury Fee Earner
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to manage a caseload of litigated Fast Track and Multi Track Personal Injury claims at our Liverpool office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Fast Track and Multi-Track personal injury files
* Conduct client interviews and provide regular updates
* Draft statements, legal documents, and instructions for experts and counsel
* Assess general and special damages and negotiate settlements
* Handle applications and provide advocacy at hearings
* Instruct experts and conclude cases, including costs and billing
* Take initial client instructions and provide legal advice
* Attend court hearings with or without counsel
* Communicate effectively with clients, opponents, experts, and counsel
* Advise on and arrange funding methods, including CFAs and cost updates
* Maintain accurate records and correspondence across all cases
