Overview
Commercial Specialist role at Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group. Location: Warrington, Cheshire with hybrid working arrangement. This is a full-time/permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliant administration of subcontracts, drive effective contract change, communications, KPI management and commercial/financial reporting.
* Lead review of applications for payment, invoicing and payment processes from subcontractors.
* Provide commercial and contractual support and advice across the project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Managers.
* Support project regulatory compliance, including trade controls.
* Support the Commercial Manager with customer contract administration as required.
Note: The role is full-time (37 hours per week) with hybrid working (three days in the office/onsite and two days from home) based at the Warrington hub.
Essential Experience
* Experience administering different contract models (e.g., customer bespoke and NEC3/4).
* Experience administering subcontracts.
* Experience working within highly regulated industries.
* Post-contract delivery experience.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Law; Quantity Surveying is advantageous but not essential.
* Professional memberships of WCC (World Commerce and Contracting) / IACCM is desirable.
