General Manager, Lisburn Rd – join the Little Wing management team.
Little Wing Pizzeria is offering an exciting opportunity for a new General Manager to join the company and help build on the experience and wealth of knowledge of our existing management team.
We are looking for a candidate who can offer experience, organisation and good communication to help lead and develop our teams in order to provide the best service possible to our loyal customers.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of outlet operations in line with company guidelines.
* Maximise revenue of food and beverage by consistently delivering high quality, friendly and well organised service.
* Implement initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant.
* Liaise with senior management and implement local marketing initiatives.
* Create and nurture close ties with the local community and charity groups.
It’s a super exciting position which offers you the chance to work in a fast paced and friendly environment. More importantly, you get to work with our award-winning team and help us with our civic duty by providing glorious Little Wing pizza to the public.
We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, over five shifts including weekends. As a reward you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000, paid fortnightly.
We also provide a performance bonus structure (potential to earn up to an extra £5,250 annually), free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.

Essential Criteria
* 2 years’ experience in a management position at General or Assistant level in a fast paced restaurant environment.
* Proven track record of organisational skills
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
* Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
* Strong customer focus
Desirable Criteria
* 2 to 3 years’ experience in a General Management position
* NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management
