Take ownership of our Northern territory, driving revenue growth across an established customer portfolio while winning new business, maximising utilisation and margin, and acting as a true commercial lead by spotting opportunities, strengthening relationships, and delivering sustainable growth. What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio to maximise revenue and utilisation ✔️ Prospect and win new business across rental, leasing, and service offerings ✔️ Deliver against revenue and contract value targets within your territory ✔️ Build strong, long-term customer relationships and act as the key commercial contact ✔️ Monitor competitor activity and act on opportunities to increase market share ✔️ Maintain a strong sales pipeline to support forecasting and business planning ✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input What You’ll Bring ✔️ Proven sales track record (5 years), ideally within transport, equipment, or related sectors ✔️ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue and margin ✔️ Confident communicator and relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills ✔️ Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to manage a territory independently ✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and act on opportunities ✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work ✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too Why TIP?
