Southern Region (multi-site)
Up to £55,000 + bonus (DEO)
Full-time - 40 hours
A well-established, privately owned environmental services business is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and grow its Southern operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, improving efficiency, and developing both customer relationships and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver regional growth and manage key accounts
* Oversee operational performance, routing, and cost control
* Lead, develop, and motivate a multi-site team
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
* Ensure high standards of service and compliance

* Strong leadership experience within transport, waste, or logistics
* Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and retention
* Highly organised with a proactive approach
* CPC desirable but not essential
