Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic in Brighton looking for a stable, high-paying role with a clear career path? We are a busy, established VAG Specialist workshop looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic (Depending on your experience).
* Bonus: £400 monthly performance bonus (£4,800 per year OTE).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a fair team rota.

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Service: Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda models.
* Mechanical Mastery: Handling everything from routine servicing to complex mechanical repairs and MOT preparation.
* Diagnostics: Using dealer-level software to identify and solve electrical and mechanical faults accurately.
* Quality Assurance: Road-testing vehicles to ensure every job meets our 5-star safety and quality standards.
* Teamwork: Communicating effectively with service advisors and colleagues to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
Are You The One?
* You are a qualified Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic (Level 2, 3, or equivalent).
* You have at least 1 year of professional workshop experience (we welcome those looking to step up).
* You are reliable, professional, and take real pride in your workmanship.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* You are eager to develop your specialist skills through our VAG training programmes.
