Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal development. This role offers an opportunity to inspire young minds and contribute meaningfully to their educational journey.
Duties
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with curriculum standards
* Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation
* Support students' social and emotional well-being by promoting respectful behaviour and inclusivity
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements
* Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavioural issues
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
Qualifications
* recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
* Proven experience in teaching or tutoring within relevant age groups or subjects (nice-to-have)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse classroom needs effectively
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Passionate about education with a genuine interest in supporting student growth
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
