We’re on the hunt for a Business Operations Manager who thrives on driving process improvement, building strong vendor partnerships, and ensuring we always have the right stock in the right place at the right time. You'll work at the heart of our Hardware division, collaborating with Sales Leaders, Business Development Managers, and vendors to streamline supply chain processes and elevate customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the supply plan: Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast demand and align inventory strategies across Europe.
* Strengthen vendor relationships: Act as the key contact for our vendors, managing timelines, pricing, and inventory coordination.
* Optimise processes: Use data and your insight to continuously improve operational performance, pricing accuracy, and system updates.
* Champion stock management: Balance inventory, reduce ageing stock, and manage product lifecycle (NPI & EOL).
* Contribute to financial oversight: Work with finance to optimise working capital and vendor rebates.
* Deliver valuable insights: Create reports and dashboards that help the business make smarter decisions.
* Collaborate across teams: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Internal Teams, and Vendors — bringing people together to get the job done.
What You’ll Bring
We don’t expect perfection. If you meet most of these criteria, we’d love to hear from you:
* Experience in operations, supply chain, or vendor management (tech/distribution sector a plus).
* Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail — especially when it comes to pricing and inventory data.
* Analytical mindset — you're comfortable solving problems and spotting trends in data.
* Great communicator — able to work effectively with both internal colleagues and external partners.
* Proactive, organised, and driven to improve how things are done.
