Finance Assistant role at RGM Builders General Construction
Part-Time (16-18 hours) | Permanent
Based at Derbyshire HQ (hybrid working considered after training). Salary: £13 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Posting and processing supplier invoices.
* Managing invoice approvals through our finance system.
* Reconciling supplier statements with our Purchase Ledger.
* Preparing the weekly payment run.
* Maintaining accurate bank balance records.
* Importing invoices into our purchase order system.
* Assisting the Finance team with general ledger and other ad-hoc tasks.
Who You Are
* Experienced in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping environment.
* Confident with Excel and comfortable with accounting software.
* Accurate, methodical, and highly organised.
* A good communicator who can work well with colleagues across departments.
* Happy to work flexibly in a small, supportive team.
