We're now looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR Advisor
to join our HR team, providing hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.
The Role
As HR Advisor, you'll:
* Be the
first point of contact
for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
* Support
recruitment and onboarding
, ensuring a smooth candidate and new starter experience.
* Manage
HR administration
, payroll data, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support managers with
employee relations matters
such as absence, performance, grievance, and disciplinary.
* Help deliver
HR projects
including engagement initiatives, policy updates, and training programmes.
* Prepare
HR metrics and reports
for the HR Director and leadership team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in an
HR Assistant / Advisor role
with knowledge of UK employment law.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
* Skilled at building relationships and coaching managers.
* Professional, discreet, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
* IT literate, with HRIS and
payroll administration experience
.
* CIPD Level 3
(or working towards) is essential.
