Senior HR Advisor (Part-Time, 22.5 hrs/week, Permanent)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive team, helping to drive excellence across all HR functions.
What you’ll do:
* Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Support and manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness, capability).
* Attend formal meetings, hearings, and investigations.
* Produce contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with compliance standards.
* Support recruitment campaigns, interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
* Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
* Review and update HR policies and processes to improve service delivery.
* Cover for the HR Manager when required.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
* HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
* Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
