A leading international law firm with a strong reputation in the funds space is looking to add an experienced fund finance lawyer to its London office at senior associate level.
This is a key hire into a growing team that advises on a wide spectrum of financing solutions for private capital clients, with a particular focus on supporting sponsor-led transactions.
The Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will take on a leading role across a variety of fund finance matters, including:
* Capital call/subscription facilities
* NAV-based and hybrid financings
* GP and management entity financings
* Bespoke financing structures tailored to private equity and credit funds
The role offers the chance to be closely involved in both execution and structuring, with regular exposure to sponsors and decision-makers.
Candidate Profile
* 6–7 years’ PQE, England & Wales qualified
* Solid experience in fund finance from a recognised City or international practice
* Comfortable running transactions with appropriate partner support
* Strong client management skills and commercial awareness
* Interest in developing within a growing and entrepreneurial team
