OVERVIEW:
• This role is suitable for a qualified solicitor with experience in various aspects of residential conveyancing, with at least 2 year of post qualified experience
• Handle a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
• Work within a supportive, friendly team with a strong local presence and loyal client base
• Manage files autonomously while benefiting from experienced admin and paralegal support
• Engage in direct client contact and maintain strong relationships
