Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Community Pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive team, working at the heart of our local communities.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with the prevention and management of long-term conditions, managing complex medication regimens, and delivering essential public health services. These include:
* Contraception services
* Hypertension case finding
* Vaccination services (both NHS and private)
* Weight management support (private)
You will work alongside experienced and collaborative colleagues in a well-supported environment, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally and deliver the highest quality care.
What We're Looking For:
* A GPhC-registered pharmacist
* Passion for improving patient outcomes and public health
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Willingness to develop new skills and take on extended services
